CNC Routing

Our CNC capabilities include:

5 Axis

- Our multi-spindle 5 axis router has 2 router spindles and 2 drilling heads for up to 60" x 120" x 24"Z capabilities to handle your most difficult jobs.

3 Axis

- Our 3 axis machines include:

1- 24" x 36" x 6"Z mobile unit

1- 48" x 48" x 6"Z mobile unit

1- 48" x 96" x 6"Z full size sheet unit

- The 2 smaller mobile units are used in combination with our Vacuum forming machines to create cost/time effective manufacturing "cells" to efficiently produce your 3D vacuum formed parts.

- Our larger cnc router is capable of high speed machining of flat sheet stock as well as 3D trimming.
